What we have created as a result is a full service interior design firm based in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina, but serving virtually worldwide. We are ready to help our clients attain incredible life-changing design.  We specialize in luxury hospitality and next-level residential interiors. 

Combined, we have over 45 years of design expertise to help you transform your world through design. We are able to manifest excellence in a variety of aesthetics, and delight in helping clients discover their own signature style

DORY BARNES

Dory has a bachelor's degree in interior design from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and has designed many of the most elegant homes in the Triangle. When Dory isn't designing, she can be found hanging out with her husband, Phillip, and her adorable furbaby, Charlie. Some of her favorite pastimes are the Zen practice of jigsaw puzzles and gin rummy.

MEGAN Garrett-BALES

Megan hails from the beautiful mountains of Asheville, holds a bachelor's degree in interior design from Western Carolina University, and has studied design all over the world. She specializes in whimsical, bright, and immersive commercial and residential interiors.

When not working, Megan loves to travel, dance, hike, cook, and spend time with her family who includes her twin sister, Natalie, her hubby, Ian, and their neurotic furbabies Apollo, Trixie, Mr. Tumnus, and Puffles.

Fun fact, Megan is an Anglophile of the highest order,  and she indulges in a British afternoon tea time as often as possible.

Jill Rossi

JILL ROSSI

Jill holds a BS in interior design from UNC-Greensboro and an MFA in furniture design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her work experience includes large commercial spaces, luxury residential projects, and she has taught interior design at several universities. She has s penchant for  designing dramatic spaces and has an eclectic, maximalist sense of style. When not in the office, Jill loves travelling, making things, and hanging out with her husband and two boys. Fun fact: Jill would make an excellent teammate in both Trivial Pursuit and a zombie apocalypse.
